HEROIN SEIZED REVENUE OFFICERS ACTIVE. DRUG RING AT WORK. HONGKONG, October 13. Revenue officers in the week-end Tecorded the biggest seizure of herovn eveT known at Hong King. Information received from London resulted in officers searching the tramp steamer Hilda from Trieste Fifty-two cases were discovered marked jam. They contained cleverly packed heroin, the value of •which is estimated at £IOO,OOO. The smuggling is believed to be the work of an international dope ring.
