INDIANS SENTENCED.
CHARGES OF CONSPIRACY. DIELHI, October 8Three young Punjabis have been sentenced to death at Lahore for participation in a revolutionary conspiracy- Seven accused were transported for. life, two were isentonsyJ to rigorous imprisonment for seven years and five years respectively, and three were acquitted. Accused were participating in a plot with India-wide ramifications to wage war against the King by murder, brigandage and the manufacture and use of bombs. It was known as '.the Hindustan Republican Army.
The martial law ordinance in th© north-west provinces is likely to ho withdrawn shortly owing to tho improved political situation, but the problem oj Afridi raids remains.
