THE BRIGHT LIGHTS. NEXT PRODUCTION IN NOVEMBER. OFFICERS APPOINTED. The "Bright Lights" have formed" themselves into a permanent society and will stage revue productions of tlie type presented on Friday night last. The next entertainment will be staged towards the end of November, in aid of the Technical High School. These decisions were reached at a meeting of the society held l«st night, when Mr. C. W. Hodge presided. The following officers were elected:— Patron: Mr. Percy Thomson. President: Mr. 0. W. HodgeExecutive, Committed: Messrs. S. Robinson and R, L. Ferris, and Misses Kitty Harper and Evelyn Moon. Secretary: Mr. J. Cormick. Treasurer: Mr. P. Aitken. Programme Committee: Messrs. R. L. Ferris, J. W. Hall; Hisses Harper and Moon, and Mrs. Hobinson. Wardrobe Mistress: Mrs Femmell. Property Master: Mr. F. Weston. Stage Managers: Messrs. C. W. Hodge and R. L. Ferris. Librarian: Miss Mary Vickers. Producers): Messrs. J. W. Hall, R. L. Ferris; Misses Hai-per and Moon. Orchestral Pianist: Mrs. Anderson. Accounts in connection (with tjhe last production were passed for payment and the nett proceeds which were considered highly satisfactory, will be forwarded to the School i Committee. Votes of thanks for assistance were passed to the Operatic Society for loan of scenery, Messrs E D Evans, Ltd., M. T. and R. M. Phillips, Manoy s Ltd:, A. E. Moss, Dickson, C. J. Hickson, Addis, Watkins.
