HOSPITAL BEDSTEADS AUCKLAND, July 10. "The Waikato Hospital Board is very anxious to purchase Roods of Now Zealand manufacture," said Mr C. J. W. Barton, at a meeting of the Waikato Hospital Board to-day. Mr Barton said the Board -would have purchased New Zealand bedsteads for the Waikato Hospital, hut had found that an infinitely better article could be imported from England for £2 less than the price of a New Zealand bedstead- In these circumstances tlie Board could not do otherwise than import its bedsteads.
