LOSS ON “BADGER’S GREEN.” LONDON, Juno 23. After the phenomenal success of “Journey’s End.” many feared that, ILL. Sheriff would strike an anti-cli-max in the village comedy ‘.Badger s Green. ” It is now revealed that the lirst nine nights of the latter at the Prince of Wales Theatre lost £1350. Mr Maurice Drown says ho is prepared to lose £IOOO per week for ten week's if he sees a chance of suw vding.
