Furthermore, if the House of Lords again insists on amendments to the Coal Mines Bill, there will bo a first class crisis and possibly an early election. In tho meantime, Ministerialists are petitioning Mr MacDonald to proceed with new naval construction. This relates to an impending announcement regarding the navy programme on Wednesday, in which it may be found that the Ministry is discreetly spreading building over a long period.
