I A dance, following the sports was held in the Oddfellows' Hall, Whanga 1 , and proved a great success. Visitors were present from 'fahora, Kohuratahi, Huirqa and Jnglowood. Music was supplied by Mr. A. Bottomlev, extras being played by Misses I'. Pellett, D. Pellett, V. Anderson, S. Bight and Mr. W. Blair. The Monte jpai'lo waltz was won b.V Mr. B '.'Cleland and Miss N.
