The, attendance during the month has been remarkably good. Miss Ansa White finished her work as relieving teacher, and Mr \V„ J. Hail, M.A. began with us at the beginning of April. As there will_ be more children to provide for in the way of games 1 would ' suggest * that an extra football held be marked out on part ot the agricultural area. Tins would serve as a practice ground for the junior boys, and next year trie agricultural committee might have this area and roughly leverled. We are applying to the Council for use of Hookey ground to help us in tli© direction of catering for the hockey players.
EVENING CLASSES, The reported thaS the attendance at the evening classes has? not been satisfactory. He /informed the, Board that tfre classes would he kept on so long as the attendance justified it. Manv members of the Hoard expressed the opinion that the classes were not bein-r supported in the way they deserved. It was hoped tftat a little publicity would .help the position. FOOTBiALL.
