GERMAN ATHLETE DR. PELTZER AT SYDNEY VISITOR REPOSES TO RUN i ‘‘BRUTALLY*CANDID.” ‘ SYDNEY, Jan. 19. Dr. Peltzcr was hooted near the close of a wonderfully successful athletic carnival at the Sydney Cricket Grounds yesterday. He refused to run against the local champion, Golding, in the quarter-mile section of the relay race on the ground that he w T as suffering from rheumatism and heart trouble.
