A case presenting peculiar features came before Mr Patterson, S.M., this morning, when Addison Baker Cresswell was charged with failing to produce a fishing license and for fishing without a license. Hanger Coblcdiek, on behalf ot the Tourist Depart meat, asked leave to withdraw the information at the request of the Tourist. Department, Wet lington, but the Magistrate expressed the opinion that the grounds for withdrawal wore insufficient and after an interview by an official of the Tourist Department' he still hold that the grounds were insufficient to permit withdrawal. The Department was not prepared to <r o on with the case and it was adjournled to December 20.
