CLCOUY AND UNSETTLED, The Government Meteorologist (Dr. E. Kidson) telegraphs as follows from Wellington:— Tho indications are for northerly winds, moderate to strong, freshening at times, with increasing haze and cloudiness. Tho weathers appears to be cloudy and unsettled with rain following! Barometer faling.
