ESTATE of G. H. KEMP. The abnormal spread of ragwort on his property was advanced by G. H. Kemp, of Huirca, as tha reason for Ins bankruptcy at. the meeting of his c; editors held at New Plymouth bn Friday before the 1X0.A., Mr J. tS. S. Medley. Them was a reported deficiency of £-11.7 4s 10 ell, allowing for promissory notes worth £146. Unsecured credits ors were owed £513 4is 10d„ a ml secured creditors £l3O, against which there was a security valued at £BO.

Mr W. A. Hewitt (Fanners’ Co-op-dative Organisation Society) wa s the only creditor at the meeting, at which hrankropt, was represented by Mr R R. Tyrer.

Mr Hewitt the proposal of Mr Tvrer that the lease should be transferred to the HQ.A. and the transfer, facilitated to the present occupants.
