BOY SCOUT COMMISSIONER TO RESIGN
SIR ALFRED PICKFQRD'S INTENTION SUCCESSOR APPOINTED. , LONDON, August 11. Sir Alfred Pick-ford; Imperial Overseas Commissioner of the Boy. Scouts has announced his resignation which will take effect in Octolwr. His successor will be Colo:: >' Granville Walton. General Baden Powell has presented each Dominion with a flag which has been flown on the Cenotaph at Whitehall. —United Service.
