FA,III TO CLOUDY. The Government Meteorologist (Dr E. Kidaon) telegraphs as follows from Wellington:— Tho indications are for moderate westerly winds, freshening at times and later hacking by west to south. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather with scattered showers and cool temperatures. The barometer is unsteady, but has a rising tendency.
