FEILDING STOCK SALE. Messrs Levin and Co. Ltd., report a good yarding of sheep hut a small one in the cattle section, at the Feilding yards out Friday 28th June. There was a very large entry of fat sheep and anything showing quality sold at prices comparing favourably with recent sales. ■ Breeding ewes sold at, prices comparing favourably i,with recent 'isales. Breeding ewe*, sold at satisfactory figures, hut owing to the rough weather, buyers were not quite as keen as they may have been under more favourable conditions. The following is a of prices:—Fat b.f. lambs 26s 10d to 275, fat ewes 24s 3cS to 29s 6d, 3-th ewes r.w. Romney rams 34s 9d to 40s 2d, empty ewes 12s 6d to 22s 6d.

CLEARING SALE. Messrs Levin aiftl Co. Ltd., in conjunction with Messrs Dalgcty and Co, Ltd., report having held a very sat. isfaotory clearing sale of Mr It. S. Wall’s dairy herd on his property at Kairanga, on Thursday, June 27. Owing to the rough weather there was not a very large attendance, but the cattle sold well, nevetrtheless. The highest price for the cows was £3l. The following is a range of prices: July-Angust calvers realised £11; to £3l, later calvers £lO to £lO 10s, average price of the herd £l4 8s

CHEESE: The cheese market is quiet with a slightly easier tendency, supplies are ample and buyers are content to make purchases without anticipating , future requirements. Canadian sellers are offering at slightly lower values hut no great interest is dislayed in new season’s goods. Coloured 935-94 s (945-955). White 91s-92s (925-98 s).
