FAIR TO CLOUDY. The Government Meteorologist (Dr. E. Kidson) telegraphs as follows from Wellington Tho indications are for westerly moderate to strong winds, veering by west to north then freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather and . warm and sultry conditions may be expected. Tho barometer Us falling slowly.
