FAIR TO CLOUDY, The Government Meteorologist (Dr. E. Kidson) telegraphs as follows from Wellington:— The indications are fpr variable and moderate breezes, northerly moderate to strong prevailing and freshening. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather with mild and hazy conditions. The barometer has little movement.
