Lieut-Colonel Norman Rutherford has been released from the Broadmoor criminal asylum! and it is understood he has left the country. He was triqd in 1910 for the murder ■of Major Seton, of the Australian Medical Corps, and was found guilty but insane.—Australian P.A.
