DISCOVERY BY DICTATOR,
FAILURE OF PLAN.
MADRID, January 30.
Tfye Dictator, General djer Rivera, caused a sensation in the. National Assembly to-day by declaring that a conspiracy had been, due to begin throughout Spain on the night.
