NEW AFGHAN KING PROCLAIMED. MARCH TO KABUL. DELHI, January 29. Ali Ahmed Jan, formerly Governor of Kabul, and Amanullah's brother-in-law, has been proclaimed King of Afghanistan by the Shinwaris and other tribesmen at Jagdalak, near ■Jalaladb, and they are now marching to Kabul.
