ALLEGATIONS OF CHILDREN STARVING
CONDEMtfATIOiTOF 'N.S. WAtLES GOVERNMENT. PUBLIC MEETING HELD. : (Received 10.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Statements that the children of unemployed are either starving, or illnourished were made at a public meeting at Cessnock, convened by the Mayor to discuss local distress. The meeting carried a resolution viewing with disgust the Government's action in allowing children to starve.—Australian Press Assn.
