The Herbert River, which was four feet over the railway lines at Ingham, is now level with the bridge an# four trains succeeded in crossing. ' The Burdekin River fell rapidly and after the debris was cleared away from the bridge trains made the crossing. The Tully River is now within it’s 1 banks. —Australian Press Assn.
