The Borough Council last night accep ted with re.gr** the vernation h* Mr J .Eraser of the position ot ler reader, and Mr 11, Connack was appointed to the position.
Mr H Voght, of the Borough Electrical Department, has been .otto* to take three weeks' rest. An extra week's leave, in addition to annua lenve was hist night granted to Mi Voght hy the. Borough Council.
