II'STEIiDArS RACE. The Stratford Cycle Club held a very successful race yesterday, there being a very close finish by the first four men. The race resulted as follows: — Reid (hep. »min), time 32 miu 45 sec, 1 and fastest time. Wheeler (h min), tim e 33miu 45sec, 2 . Waite (i min), time 32mm 4<sec, 3. Crockett dimin), time 32miu 49 sec, 4. Other starters were:—Penniall (scratch), Donnelly (Jmin), Bullock, Crobkett, Nicli|ols ami McKinney! (limin), Evans, Lamb and Hancock (3min), and Gadsby and Vincent (4 min). The ollicials of the race were: Mr W. Power starter, and T. Kirkwood timekeeper.
