II'STEIiDArS RACE. The Stratford Cycle Club held a very successful race yesterday, there being a very close finish by the first four men. (limin), Evans, Lamb and Hancock (3min), and Gadsby and Vincent (4 min). The ollicials of the race were: Mr W. Power starter, and T. Kirkwood timekeeper.
