THE WEATHER
CLOUDY AND UNSETTLED. The indications are for: Northerly winds moderatja tot strong and backing by north to west. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather with mild conditions, but latter the weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled with scattered showers, when the weather will probably become colder. The barometer is falling slowly, but rising slowly after about 20 hours.
