OUTRAGES IN ENGLAND. A FARMER'S SUICIDE. (Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, November 18. Following the discover last week of the strangled body of a nineteen year old dairymaid Sarah Cbhlett in a manhole of a reservoir where the body was secreted for a< month, a former employer Robt. Gill (37), it well-known Cumberland farmer, committed suicide. In n letter to bis wife) and; th° pcilic;., and coroner lie snid, "I a.m. unable to bear the scandal mongering so T am taking the coward/* s way out." Scotland Yard, is also investigating the murder of Annie Hatton, an eighteen year old domestic; who was found strangled, bound and gagged in the kitchen of her employer's shop at Hackney.
