Mr Robert Bell, of Christchurch, who has been 'on a six months' visit to Alaska, returned to New Zealand by the Maunganui and goes south to-morrow night. As President of the Press Congress of the 1 world, he has been making preliminary arrangements for next session of the Icongress which will be held in Ottawa in July. Mr Bell is pleased that during his presidency the congress will be held on British soil for the first time. He hopes there will be a representative number of New Zealand and Australian proprietors and journalists to accompany him.
