SENSATION IN MELBOURNE., MELBOURNE, Nov. 8. Sensational scenes were witnessed in the Shite Parliament to-day .during a heated debate on a motion of censure on the Hogan Government for its failure to deal adequately with the riots on the waterfront. A number of women in the gallery indulged in interjections and fought tire police when they attempted to remove them. The disturbers struggled fiercely. They shouted disparaging remarks about the constables and declared the stevedores were being crushed by imported foreigners. Tire debate was -unfinished.
