CROQUET
STRATFORD CLUB OPENING. The Stratford Croquet Club opened its season yesterday under very adverse weather conditions. A ball was sent through the hoops, but no play could he held owing to the rain. However, afternoon tea was served in the pavilion, and a pleasant time was spent by the large number of members present.
