CLOUDY AND UNSETTLED. Th w Government Meteorologist (Dr E. Kidson.) tejogi aplied the following forecast for the 24. hours from 9 u.m. to-day:— . The indications are for: — Freshening northerly winds strong to gale and backing by west v to south shortly. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Rain probable with indications for electrical disturbances later. The weather will probably become very cold. The barometer is falling, but rising again after about 16 hours.
