KIDNAPPERS EXECUTED. A LARGE BATCH. SHANGHAI, Sept. 20. Twenty-seven cdudemned kidnappers and armed robbers were executed to-day as a deterrent to the spreading crime wave. This is the largest singiq batch, executed in Shanghai for many years. The condemned included a woman, who was strangled. The others were shot, all in less than fifteen minutes.
