Part XV., Rule 13.—“8y the entering of a horse every person hav-. ing or subsequently acquiring any interest in such horse, shall be deemed thereby to undertake neither directly nor indirectly to make any wager with a bookmaker in connection with such horse,' or any other horse in' the race in *which such horse is entered.' ’■ • Each entry shall contain or, if it do not contain shall be conclusively assumed to contain, such an undertaking, breach whereof, shall be deemed a corrupt practice on the tlrf within the meaning of Part XXXII. of these Rules.” Qualified hunters are those that have qualified in compliance with Part 6 of the-New Zealand Hunters Association Rules. Masters certificates of qualification must be produced at the scales if not notified in the official calendar. The winner of any race after the declaration of weights may hfe rehandicapped.
