D'avey, wa s appointed delegate to the annual conference of the North Island Poultry and Pigaoi Association, to be held at Palmerston, North. In the. past the conference. has been held at Palmerston North every year, but IVlr Davey was instructed to vote in favour of a proposal* being madfi to hold the conference in a different centre each year. The .Stratford body's support of the move is conditional! on the conference being held at the time oil the annual poultry, show in the centre chosen. Mr Davey will also support a proposal for the pooling of the expenses of. delegates attending tho conference.
