The mysterious disappearance of Robert Charles Austin a New Zealand- boy whb left his‘ country in 1879 and has not been seen or heard of, for more than flfty years, was recalled at the Supreme Court fq-day 'when Mr Justice Blair granted to Lillian Mary Park administrator of 1 the estate, authority for presumption of Austin’s death without issue. The 'decision enables the estate of a nett value exceeding eleven thousand pounds (and of which Robert Charles Austin as next of kin was entitled to one-eighth share) to he wound up.
