Following a collision between two motor cars at Arahura Road at five last evening, Willihin Harold Shaw, a commercial traveller, appeared at the Magistrate's Court charged with being intoxicated while in charge oi * The police evidence showed the collision occurred on a to*.road m shite of the efforts of the other driver Defendant's car swung across almost at right angles and crashed into the other car which was carrj inff ft team of hockey girls. , Both cars were badly smashed, but none of the occupants were injured Kndant was fined ten pounds and costs. Suppression of his name refused.
