'ln. his speech at the pioneers' luncheon yseterday, the Hon. J. A. Young ,Mlnister of Health, annoueed that Mr. E. Walter M.P., had >t'old him he would not be cohtesting the Stratford seat at the next election, and the Minister paid a tribute to Mr. Walter for his services •to the electorate. The Minister ?e----marked that if Mr. Walter, chainjged his mind he» (the Minister) was sure he would be returned'. *|
