CHARD, formerly of Stratford and Eketahuna.—TAKE NOTICE that an action has been commenced against you ii/ the above Court by The Mayor and Others of Stratford for the sum of £8 6s Id for rates owing by you as owner of Allotment 32 of Sections 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33, Block 1, Ngaire Survey District, situate in Celia Street, Stratford, and an order has been unade that publication of the notice of such action in the Taranaki Daily News and the Stratford Evening Post v shall be deemed to be service of the summons upon you. THE SUMMONS WILL BE HEARD on Monday the 20th day of June, 1927, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon at the Courthouse, Stratford, and in default of your filing notice of intention to defend such claim in the Court office at Stratford on or before the 15th day of June, 1927, JUDGMENT MAY BE GIVEN AGAINST YOU WITHOUT YOUR BEING HEARD.
