JOBS RIVAL
(Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, January 24. "Job's rival," sadly commented Mr Justice Avery when a witness described a carter's business purchased at Birmondsey as follows: "A year's vent in arrears, a bill of sale on the premises, one alleged customer bankrupted; useless homes decrepit, and sold for cats m«jt; carts fell to pieces and sold for firewood. Then the premises 101 l down."
