This gentleman presented' "a lovely big box, of chocolates to. be given to the winner of any dance,.the com- ; ihittee chose, and it was. given for a Monte Carlo dance. Quite'a strong force of young men and ladies took ", part, and the winners proved to be' i Miss Gwen Kemp and Mr Rbn' Meredith. They got a good clap ior it.
