A POOR SPECIMEN
NAPOLEON'S PHYSIQUE. Prefl» Associa tiua—Copyright, Auhtralian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received 9.45 a.m.) PARIS, December 23. Napoleon was physically C 3 standard, and would have been rejected if he had attempted to fight in the Great War, according to Dr. Thoris, of the French Morphological Society. He says: "At the age of seventeen, when he became an officer, I would have been compelled to reject Napoleon, because he Avas too thin, and at thirty because he was too fat; at any other age he should have been rejected on the ground of low chest measurement. He had a body without lungs and stomach muscle."
