This fact is occupying the attention of the Dominion relegates at present in London. The British Empire occupies the same nosition as Salvador, which has one unit of financial responsibility. South American States secure three seats, with a total of 21 units, compared with India's 56, Canada's 35, and Australia's 27 units. France and her four military allies, Belgium, Poland), Roumania and Czecho-S}lov-akia, obtain five seats for a total of ISO units, against the single seat reserved for Great Britain, India and the Dominions combined.
