GIG OVER A BANK.
WAIMATE FARMER'S DEATH. I Per Pkm Association. WAIMATE> October 5. A verdict of death from a fractured skull as a result of the gig he was driving going over an embankment was returned at an inquest on William McCarron, farmer, with a wife and eight children. McCarron was found lying under a gig on Hook Road late on Saturday night.
