DROWNED IN A WELL. Per Frnnw ftusoplatTon. GISBORNE, June 19. Thomas Ratapu, two years and four months, whose parents reside at Kaiapoi, Christchurch, was found drowned in a well at Tokomaru Bay yesterday afternoon.
