WILKINS EXPEDITION.

ARCTIC CRUISE ARRANGED. VANCOUVER-, May 9. A Fairbanks telegram ' states that Captain George Wilkins announced on Tuesday* night that lie would leave Fairbanks on Wednesday, with Lieut. Eilsen as pilot, on route lor Harrow, in a single-engine airplane. Thence he would fly northward on his last trip of exploration over the Arctic wastes in an attempt to discover land.’ The aeroplane will ilv four hundred miles north of Harrow land cruise east and west over the Arctic for 200 miles and then return to Harrow.
