THE MARAROA.

ALLEGED DIRTY CONDITIONS. CLEAN-UP WANTED. Per PreM Association, Dunedin, June 16. At a meeting of the Chamber of Commerce, a complaint was made about the conditions of the ferry steamer Mararoa, it being stated that she was frightfully dirty, the bathroom often being awash, and the lavatory accommodation shocking. It was decided to inform the Associated Chambers and ask that the Mararoa be cleaned up and that they write again to the Union Company.
