A meeting of the International As--sociutiou Football Board altered the. off-side law so that a player shall not bo off-side if there are two instead of three opposing players between' h'ni and the opposing goal line, it was also decided that a player throwing in from touch must stand ousido the i line instead with his feet thereon.
