ALLEGED MILLING TRUST.
Dunedin, October 28
The case in which the Crown claims a penalty of £SOO from the Crown Milling Co. > Dnhedin; Fleming and Co., Invereargill; The Atlas Roller Flour and Oatmeal Mill, Timaru; Wood Bros., Christchureh, was commenced in the Supreme' Court this morning. An injunction was also asked against the first four companies prohibiting the continuation of the employment of Distributors Ltd., as the sole selling agent for flour, bran and pollard, and fjroni entering into a similar agreement in future. A further injunction was a,sked for against Distributors Ltd., prohibiting them continuing to act as sole selling agent. ESCAPE FROM PRISON CAMP. Taumarunui, October 28. Two prisoners G. Dale and G. Wigg, escaped from the \Vaima.rino. prison camp at 7.30 last night. Search parties are working the area Prom Waimarino to Kaanu Road.
