WET WEATHER IX NEW PLYPLYMOUTH. New Plymouth, September 16. The wet weather is spoiling the Governor-General's visit to-day. Last night he attended a gathering of 400 Masons. He is inspecting the Technical School Cadets and presenting his shooting trophy to the High School Cadets this afternoon, afterwards unveiling the war memor-*" ial. The official farewell will take place to-morrow morning. The party will be guests of the Savage Club to-morrow night.
