BARMAN STABBED

A DUNEDIN INCIDENT. Per Press Association. Dunedin, September 13. At the Police Court Chas. Leonard Leaman Hankins was remanded till Friday on a charge of assaulting Maurice Brady, barman at the Grand Hotel so as to cause actual bodily harm. The police stated that when Brady was ejecting accused the latter drew a knife and drove it clean through his land. On other charges of drunkenness and obscene language accused was fined.
