THE TROPHY WINNERS.

Per Pross Association Auckland, June 2. The New Zealand Bakers' Exhibition concluded on Saturday. Mr A. McDonald, of Lyttelton, was awardea the prize for the championship loaf of the exhibition. The trophy winners were as follows: The Bruce silver cup, Stacey and Hawker (Christchurch). Compressed Yeast Company's cup, Stacey and Hawker {Christchurch). Distributors trophy, A. McDonald (Lyttelton). Challenge shield, C. R. Boon, Ltd. (Christchurch). Stormoiit trophy (scowe loaf), Free man and Sons (Nelson.) 1, Dentara Bakery (Wellington) 2, Jb. A. Wilson (Christchurch) 3.
